My name is Andreia and I am a woman.
I really enjoy connecting with my feminine essence, but this enjoyment only became apparent after I had my Awakening Call in 2019.
In 2017, I was diagnosed with HPV and from then on I started to look at myself as a woman and realised that my diagnosis showed my lack of connection with my feminine energy, self-care, self-esteem and self-love.
The basis of my training is Clinical Psychology, but I always felt that its methodology was a little limited, so I trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Pre-Conception to Post-Birth Doula, and as a facilitator of Family Constellations and Women’s Circles.
With all my knowledge and experience, I guide women in their discovery from Girl to Mother and in the Rescue of the Woman who lives within them.
I want to contribute with my work as a mentor of Feminine Rescue, guiding women who want to become pregnant or who are pregnant, and guiding women who want to dive into their emotional healing, eliminating or changing behaviour patterns that are interfering with their quality of life.
My wish at Lua is that the women I accompany make conscious decisions and explore the possibility of feeling, aligning and honouring their path as women.
