All students, patients, and those interested in attending Lua Holistic Space should read our Privacy Policy so that they can make an informed decision about whether to entrust us with their data. Definition
The Privacy Policy is the contract between Lua Holistic Space and the students and patients of Lua Holistic Space, which defines and guarantees compliance with data protection regulations.

This Policy applies to all data collected through the website http://luaholicticspace.com/ and/or through forms filled out during the registration process.
Data Controller
Data processing is the responsibility of Lua Holistic Space, through Ava Mafalda Costa Rebelo, an individual with tax identification number Nif: 201891859, residing at Av. Carolina Michäelis n.32 3-A, 2795–049 Linda -a-Velha, and by Gabriela Raposo, an individual with tax identification number 190405805, residing at Largo dos Polomes, 2560-635 Torres Vedras, in accordance with data protection regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.
Purposes of Data Processing
• The data collected by Lua Holistic Space is intended solely for:
o enabling the correct identification of patients and students of Lua Holistic Space,
o assessing the state of health and the previous existence of injuries or other conditions, and
o enabling the provision of sports accident insurance.
• Personal data: name, tax number and date of birth, collected upon registration with Lua Holistic Space, will be communicated to the insurance company for the purpose of taking out sports accident insurance.
• Lua Holistic Space may send you information about its services, new campaigns or offers using any of the channels provided, such as email or mobile phone, provided that you have given your prior consent.
• The use of cookies allows us to collect data while you browse the website. This data allows us to identify patterns of behaviour in your searches and interests, helping us to understand how to serve you better.

Data Retention
The data retention period will be limited to the minimum necessary to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes. The data will be deleted whenever consent is revoked by sending an email to luaholisticspace@gmail.com.

Mandatory data is all data that is essential for formalising the data subject’s enrolment at the school. Without this data, Lua Holistic Space will not be able to complete the enrolment process, including enrolment in sports accident insurance.

The data subject whose data is being processed by Lua Holistic Space has the following rights:
• The data subject has the right, at any time, to request a copy of all their data held by Lua Holistic Space.
• The data subject has the right to be informed about any questions they may have regarding the processing of their data.
• The data subject has the right to request and have their data corrected when it is incorrect or incomplete.
• The data subject has the right to request the restriction of the processing of their data by Lua Holistic Space, based on any of the grounds set out in Article 18 of the GDPR, including contesting the accuracy of personal data.
• The data subject may exercise the right to be forgotten, i.e. to have their data deleted, based on any of the grounds set out in Article 17 of the GDPR, including the withdrawal of consent.
• The data subject has the right to object to the processing of their data for certain purposes, such as direct marketing.
• The data subject has the right to appeal in court against responses given by Lua Holistic Space regarding any request made by them.
