THE ART OF TOUCH

Module 1 · Foundations of Holistic Massage
A 3-day immersive training in Ericeira — a complete standalone foundation course and the first step in a modular training journey in holistic massage and bodywork.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or already working with the body, this training will give you the confidence, skills and embodied understanding to offer a deeply relaxing full-body massage.
Throughout the three days, we explore not only how to massage, but also how to touch — with sensitivity, attunement and care.
During the training, you will…
– learn a complete full-body oil massage sequence
– explore a variety of effective massage techniques and how to adapt them intuitively
– understand how massage supports the body, mind and nervous system
– learn to use your body efficiently while giving massage, without exhausting yourself
– practice extensively through giving, receiving and personalised feedback
– become part of a small international group to continue practising after the course
This course is open to:
– complete beginners with no previous experience
– yoga teachers, movement practitioners and therapists
– anyone who feels called to work with touch, presence and the body

Sturgeon Full Moon | Recognise · Release · Receive
The Full Moon brings more light — and with it, what needs to be seen, felt or transformed may come more clearly into our awareness.
This year, the Sturgeon Full Moon coincides with a partial lunar eclipse: a brief encounter between light and shadow, reminding us that not everything that matters is immediately visible.
In this practice, we will journey through presence in the body. We begin by setting an intention, awaken our energy through somatic movement, cultivate presence and alignment through Qigong, slow down with Yin Yoga, and close with a deep Yoga Nidra, allowing the body and nervous system to naturally integrate the experience.
There is nothing to achieve.
Simply create space to recognise what is already here, release what no longer serves us, and welcome, with openness, what emerges when we return to listening to the body.
A pause to be present, to feel, and simply to be.
