LUA was born from the dream of creating a harmonious place that radiates tranquillity and peace, where it is possible to embark on a journey of self-discovery.
This journey can be undertaken either through specific therapies or through practices that help you listen to, identify and feel the messages from your body, as well as other deeper perceptions.
A place without gender or beliefs, where the natural flow will lead you to physical, energetic, mental and spiritual well-being.
Feminine energy is related to the undulating elements of nature, with its cyclical movements and mysterious side. It is a free, expansive, flexible, receptive energy that awakens our intuition and creativity.
We are all composed of feminine and masculine energy, both of which complement each other, promoting balance in the bodies of women and men.
At LUA, you will find a holistic view of “being”, where there is room for feeling, physical and spiritual expression, and serenity. The focus will be on listening to our inner side, which leads to our essence. When this inner peace is achieved, all imbalances fade away, and well-being returns and settles within us.
Here you will find a space designed to provide you with peace and security, laid out as follows:
- A large room for joint activities such as yoga, dance, Pilates, meditation, workshops, women’s circles, family constellations, etc. Shiatsu, Ayurvedic, La Cerrada massages, etc. It is approximately 30 square metres in size and is a large, bright and airy room with simple and welcoming décor.
- two individual therapy rooms dedicated to therapeutic sessions such as traditional Chinese medicine, natural gynaecology, aura reading, therapeutic massages, reiki, psychology, hypnotherapy, among others.
You can find LUA in Largo da Capela in S. Lourenço, a five-minute walk from the beach, which you can reach by following a path along the mouth of the Safarujo River. Cross the bridge and you will find the sea, as well as the beautiful ochre-coloured cliffs that overlook the valley and the beach.
